Allcoast Locksmiths provides residential, commercial, automotive and emergency locksmith services across the Gold Coast. These services are offered by licensed, qualified technicians.
These terms apply to all users of the website and all clients of Allcoast Locksmiths.

2. Bookings & Appointments

Bookings can be made via phone, email or our online contact form.
While we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, emergency service availability may vary.
Response time goals (e.g. 30-minute callouts) are subject to location, traffic, technician availability and current job load.

3. Payments

Payment is required at the completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, and other methods as approved on site.
Late payment may incur follow-up charges.

4. Emergency Service Terms

Emergency locksmith services are available 24/7 across the Gold Coast.
We reserve the right to request identification before proceeding with any lockout service, in accordance with Australian law.

If the technician cannot verify your right to access the premises or vehicle, the service will be refused and a callout fee may still apply.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to prevent damage:
Allcoast Locksmiths is not liable for any incidental or indirect damage arising from forced entry or access services, unless due to negligence.

Clients accept that in some cases, lock replacement may be required.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, is the property of Allcoast Locksmiths unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Changes to These Terms

Allcoast Locksmiths reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. By continuing to use our services, you accept the latest version.
